The Clean Fuel Standard (CFS) is driving transformational change in Canada's path to it's 2030 GHG reduction goals.
Established in Q4 2020, CFS Regulations will require liquid fossil fuel primary suppliers (producers and importers) to reduce the carbon intensity of their fuels used in Canada from 2016 levels by around 13%.
NULIFE’s bio-crude oil has a Carbon Intensity (CI) of -15g CO2e/MJ (preliminary). This low CI is valuable, as it supports Canada’s new Clean Fuel Standard and Low Carbon Fuel Standards.
NULIFE will yield a GHG reduction up to 1.7 tonnes of C02e per tonne of waste diverted from landfills.
A key component of NULIFE's value is delivered through Carbon Credit generation. Selling at $65 in 2023 and escalating by $15 per year up to $170 by 2030, the carbon credit market is accelerating quickly.
